Cottage House - 2 Bedrooms

The Cottage was reinvented from a cabin that stood from the 40’s to compliment and extend the Ranch House. Includes 1 queen size bedroom that opens out onto the deck viewing up and down the river, 1 king size bedroom that views the beautiful gardens of my grandmother, 1 bathroom with roll in shower and block glass wall that bathes you in the morning light, furnished kitchen overlooking river, breakfast bar, Dining room table for 4, Direct TV , Indoor & outdoor towels, Outdoor seating on all deck and pool area, outdoor dining tables along with use of the Infinity Pool overlooking the Trinity River, Outdoor bar-be-que, relaxing lawns and gardens to enjoy. Handicap accessible.

Rules

  • Please observe Check-in/Check-out times
  • Check–in: 2:00pm to 6:00pm. If arriving after 6pm, please call to make other arrangements.
  • Daily housekeeping is not included
  • But is available can be scheduled A B or C $20.00 a hour
    1. Complete cleaning 6 hours
      1. Change Sheets, clean kitchen, sweep, bathrooms, new towels
    2. Straighten cleaning 4 hours
      1. Make beds, clean up, pick up, sweep, bathrooms and new towels
    3. Quick Cleaning 2 hours
      1. Make beds, clean bathrooms, change towels.
  • Check-out time is 11:00am.
  • No Smoking except in designated smoking area.
  • No Pets
  • Pool – follow posted Rutes
  • Hot Tub - Follow Posted Rules
  • Trash facilities are provided
  • Parents are responsible for their children’s safety. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Vandalism: Damaging of grounds which includes limbs from trees, digging holes, picking flowers, or, defacing of property or houses will not be tolerated. Above actions will result in immediate eviction and financial responsibility
  • Refunds: No refunds will be given for inclement weather or early departure
